Please note that we'd like to compensate our contributors with a full bundle for their work. The cost for a full bundle with shipping for each contributor has been calculated into bundle pricing. We have also rounded up the p4p pricing by 1.5 - 2 GBP to have some wiggle room in  case of unexpected costs during production. To calculate the production cost, we used MOQ 50 as our production goal+cost of contributor bundle. Should there be any profit made from pre-order, we will use that money to either include freebies with each order (e.g. sticker) or donate the profit to a charity of our choosing. This will be determined by how much profit is made at the end. Thank you for understanding.

We will ship from the UK. 

❀ What is this store's return and exchange policy?
All orders are final and cannot be canceled anymore after it has been placed.

We do not accept any return for damaged/missing goods caused by the postal service. Unfortunately, it is outside our control how the packages are being treated by the postage service. 

If items arrive damaged/missing not caused by shipping, e.g. missing or damaged enamel pin back, please contact us via:  [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damaged items. 

❀ How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping within Europe takes about a 3 to 4 weeks, oversea orders can take up to 12 weeks time. Please always check with your local post office about the whereabouts of your order and request an investigation.

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by postal services.

❀ What about custom fee?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
